Malisha McCormick came on board with MGS as the Operations manager in 2014. She has since moved into the Director of Verifications role and manages the Verifications teams in the Toronto, Montreal and Mumbai offices.

As the Director of Verifications, overseeing a team of 70+ employees, Malisha brings over a decade of dedicated experience to optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring rigorous compliance standards. She has spearheaded the implementation of a new working structure that enhances productivity and accountability across departments.
